After college, I dove headfirst into the corporate world of marketing, outpacing my peers and ascending the career ladder rapidly. Before I knew it, I was making more money than I ever imagined, and truly thought I had hacked the system.

However, in 2023, I faced the unexpected setback of being laid off from my Director of Marketing position (at 28 years old) at a tech company. Despite securing a corporate role a few months later, I realized I still wasn’t happy, and needed to make an extreme change.

In the fall of 2023, I took the leap and launched my own business. The response was overwhelming – I sold out my beta offer and generated $10,000 in just two weeks. Balancing my design business with my 9-5 job meant working grueling 14-hour days and weekends, but I was determined to make my entrepreneurial venture a success.

Setting a goal to leave my corporate job within six months, I achieved it in just four months. Since then, I've continued to thrive, selling out subsequent launches and doubling my previous corporate salary. With over seven years of freelancing experience and a background in marketing, I understand not only how to design but also how to market a design business effectively.
